At Exit #1, walk straight on the street away from the Honmachi Sta. At the third intersection from the Exit (having passed Ministop convenience store and Doutour coffee shop), on the right-hand side of the street is Sankyu Building (there is Marubeni Corp. head office across the street).

Walk on Sakaisuji Dori and, at the first intersection, turn left on the small street (before Resona Bank). Keep walking down the street. Sankyu Building is the first building on the left after Marubeni Building.

There is an am/pm convenience store on the 1st floor of Sankyu Building.
