The IT Division provides computer technology solutions to companies of the East West group.
Our people's expertise centers on years of experience with Microsoft products and technologies. Our customers benefit from our experience by getting a great solution in a very reasonable time.
Our staff includes Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE's), Microsoft Certified Database Administrators (MCDBA's) and Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP's). They have proven a high level of expertise by taking and passing many industry standard exams. By having them on staff, we ensure that our customers are receiving quality service. All members of the IT Division are highly dedicated professionals, committed to providing the best service possible to our clients.
From fancy Graphical User Interfaces to fast and flexible database solutions, we develop custom software programs that solve our clients' business needs.
The scope and complexity of the solution is carefully balanced by the customer's needs of functionality, quality, and time. Solutions could range from a relatively simple mailing list in MS-Word, or a buy-or-lease analyzer in Excel, passing through web sites of various complexities, to extremely complex database search systems. In writing our programs we employ many tools, languages and technologies, from classical to novelty, among them Visual C/C++, C#, Visual Basic, COM+, XML/XSL, SQL Server, Java, Visual FoxPro. The choice is made based on what is in the best interest of our customers.
While we continuously analyse our clients' needs and strive to provide solutions of high and always improving quality, we also take pride in training customers to fully understand and utilize all the facilities offered by our programs.
We provide help with our customers' local area networks (LAN's) and we seamlessly interconnect their offices distributed througout Japan. We take care of installing the network infrastructure, printers, workstations, servers, and firewalls. We maintain the LAN's by installing additional network equipment,upgrading computers, organizing a tape backup strategy, or providing troubleshooting services and user support, just to name a few.
Our solutions use all of Windows XP/2000/NT, Windows 95/98, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Internet Information Server.
