The name came out of our core belief: we want to be a bridge between the East and the West by helping international firms succeed and prosper. We do this by introducing first-class, high-caliber people to our clients, and advising them on human capital issues.

Since the mid-1980s, business has become more global. But without excellent people, no business can succeed, no matter how good their plans or products are.

Although the business world has changed a lot in a half quarter century, we have been in business twenty-three years, have seen the changes, and are keeping right up with it. Our business fundamentals are eternal.
